Remedial maintenance: our laboratory has been implemented for the maintenance and repair of all the equipment we sell, offering our clients a comprehensive response to prevent waste of time and money.
Preventive Maintenance: technicians perform calibration, updating and assessment of the equipment on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the equipment.
We have ongoing contracts along the country, including Easter Island. Besides, we are present in all the border crossing points, with corrective action times of two hours at Santiago airport. The northern area is the responsibility of full-time Head of unit, as well as the south of the country, where a specialized technician is ready to respond to all kinds of emergency.
Our technology demonstration show room and our broad portfolio of products in stock enable us to meet our clients requirements. In addition, our personnel are highly qualified; our infrastructure is in line with market demands; our laboratory is prepared to repair any equipment; and we have our own rooms for training sessions.
